Li'l Floaty Omie Head is too bummed by tsunami news to write cutesy entertainment copy. That's probably a very good thing.
I've got a bad headache right now -- not enough sleep this week and too many things still to do. I'll try to catch up.
It's more than a little sad this morning. It looks like the tsunami toll might hit 100,000, which is so ghastly and unimaginable that to try to grasp it is like attempting to touch and collect stink molecules at 4 a.m. in New Orleans.

Also, Jerry Orbach died. I'm not a big Law and Order fan, but a disproportionate number of my close friends are, so I'm very sad about it by proxy.
Spreading at least a very tiny amount of cheer, we hope, is a new Space Monkeys! comic today. Happy New Year. Yaaaaay!

I'm at work.
My wife is at work.
So, not to say that life isn't fair or anything (none of us are being swept away by tsunami, for instance), but I could go for one of those 4-day-a-week, 32-hours-plus-siesta European lifestyle workweeks.
Just sayin'.
I was beginning to fear that this tsunami story might not have a happy ending.
Just goes to show: the big man upstairs is watching out for the models.
